Julie Howard has been involved in the insurance industry for twenty-five years.  She began as a typist and rater for Northwestern National Insurance Company in Denver.  A Circle native, she returned to Circle and worked in banking and insurance.  Eventually, she specialized in insurance, becoming a licensed agent and earning her Customer Insurance Service Representative and Customer Personal Service Representative designations.   Julie is experienced in all aspects of insurance including home, auto, commercial, farm and ranch, health and life, and bonds. 

 

Julie is very active in the Circle community.  She served as Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture Secretary for many years and is presently a director.  She also serves as president of the Redwater Theater board and has served on the library board. 

 

Julie is a pianist and is quite involved in church activities.  She enjoys quilting and is a member of the Circle of Friends quilting group. She is interested in area history and current events and welcomes a visit from anyone who inquires about the community or insurance.
